The CVC Baseball Team have extended their win streak to five games after sweeping the Jarvis Christian Bulldogs (JV) in a doubleheader on Monday afternoon.
Game one was a 12-6 rout by the Suns. Grant Moore had a team-high three runs, with Billy Rogers turning in a team-leading three RBI performance.
Nick Balley hit a home run in the win and Allan Griffin secured the victory from the mound.
After jumping out to a 7-0 lead going into the third inning, the Suns held off JCC, 19-16. Moore, Jamison Totten, and Dakota More each had three runs for CVC, with Rogers earning his first win as a pitcher in the win.
Leonardo Aguilar hit a home run and a triple on his way to a four RBI, two-run outing.
Cedar Valley continues Metro Athletic Conference action on Wednesday when they host North Lake.
