The CVC Baseball Team suffered their first Dallas Athletic Conference series loss after being swept by conference leader, the North Lake Blazers over the weekend.
CVC was defeated by NLC in game two, 8-1. Billy Rogers was 3-of-4 at bat for the Suns and scored a run, with Hunter Potts providing the RBI.
Game three saw a late rally by the Thunderducks turn into a 14-4 victory. Four different Suns scored in the loss with Jose Castillo providing a team-high two RBIs.
Next up, the Suns will host Rock Valley during Spring Break.
