Palacios Signs with SAGU

Cedar Valley College sophomore Adrian Palacios has signed a letter of intent to play basketball at Southwestern Assemblies of God University in the fall of 2016.

This past season for the Suns, Palacios started 14 of 18 games and was vital in helping CVC advance to the semi-final round of the Metro Athletic Conference Tournament.

Palacios also ranked third on the Suns in rebounding averaging 3.2 per game, while also averaging 4.9 points per game.

"Adrian is going to do great things at SAGU, he's a difficult matchup for opponents with his size and his ability to step out and shoot from the perimeter" says CVC Head Coach Cedric Jones. "He's an outstanding person, that will fit in well with Coach Bostwick's program at Southwestern. We are extremely proud of AP."

Southwestern Assemblies of God University is a four year institution in Waxahachie, TX that competes in the National Association of Intercollegiate Athletics.
