The CVC Men's Basketball Team will begin the month of December with a second meeting against the Creating Young Minds Yellow Jackets. The showdown is set to take place on Thursday, December 1 at 7:00 p.m.
Heading into the match-up with CYM, the Suns recently snapped a three game losing skid defeating IQ Prep Academy, 120-94. JF Thomas and Desmond Kennedy registered 30 and 28 points, respectively, in the win, while Amariye Blunson tallied a career high 12 assists.
In the last meeting against the Yellow Jackets, CVC came away with a 89-54 victory. Thomas had a standout performance for the Suns, scoring 26 points and grabbing 15 rebounds.
