Thomas and Johnson lead Suns to win over IQ Hoops, 101-84

The CVC Men's Basketball Team won their seventh straight game at home on Tuesday night, when they defeated IQ Hoops Academy, 101-84. The Suns were led by JF Thomas and Joshua Johnson, who both earned double-doubles in the effort to remain undefeated on their home floor.

Thomas and Johnson each had 23 points in the victory, with Thomas grabbing 30 rebounds and Johnson notching 23 rebounds.

Amariye Blunson also engineered a double-double, with 14 points and a team high 12 assists. Levin Johnson and Eric Stewart had 14 and 13 points, respectively.

The Suns will begin Metro Athletic Conference play, this Saturday when they travel to face Brookhaven College.
