Game Preview: Suns vs. Mountain View

The CVC Men's Basketball Team will look to defend their home floor on Wednesday, January 18 at 7:00 p.m., when they host the Mountain View Lions. The Suns are currently 8-0 at home.

CVC will be heading into their second Metro Athletic Conference contest, after an exciting comeback win against the Brookhaven Bears, 103-101. Joshua Johnson sealed the win for the Suns, hitting the game-winning basket with 2.1 seconds left.

Desmond Kennedy led all scorers with 22 points, going 6-11 from behind the three-point line, with JF Thomas registering a double-double with 18 points, 31 rebounds and a game high seven assists in the victory over Brookhaven.

MVC is currently 0-1 in MAC play, with an overall record of 14-7. In their last outing, the Lions defeated LaGuardia Community College, 90-86.
