The CVC Men's Basketball Team sent sophomores Joshua Johnson, Levin Johnson, Dalyn Mumphrey, and Eric Stewart out on a high note defeating the North Lake Blazers, 90-83 to close out the regular season. Desmond Kennedy led the Suns with 20 points, while Joshua Johnson and JF Thomas each had 19 points, with Thomas also pulling down a game high 13 rebounds.

Eric Stewart registered a double-double with 10 points and 10 rebounds, while other sophomores Levin Johnson had nine points and Dalyn Mumphrey tallied eight rebounds.

Cedar Valley will now prepare for the Metro Athletic Conference Tournament, where they will face the Mountain View Lions on Tuesday night, on the campus of Eastfield College.
