The CVC Men's Basketball Team were defeated in their second game of the Garden City Tournament by Northeastern JC, 69-50. Desmond Kennedy led all CVC scorers with 15 points.
JF Thomas Jr. chipped in nine points with Chantz Williams grabbing a game-high seven rebounds.
The Suns will return to Texas and have their season home opener this Tuesday against Creative Young Minds Academy.
