Kennedy Scorches DFW Prep for 61 points in the Suns 152-113 Victory
The CVC Men's Basketball Team had a record-setting performance on Tuesday night in their 152-113 win against DFW Prep Academy. Desmond Kennedy recorded a career-high 61 points and 11 assists in the victory.
JF Thomas Jr. and Amariye Blunson each registered triple-doubles, with Thomas posting a stat line of 41 points, 25 rebounds, and 10 assists, while Blunson turned in 26 points, 11 assists, and 10 rebounds.
It will be a quick turnaround for Cedar Valley as they head to East Texas on Wednesday night to take on Jarvis Christian College (JV).
