On Thursday night, the CVC Men's Basketball Team will play their final game of 2017, before returning for the 2018 season slate. The Suns will host Open Bible Prep in their second meeting of the year.
CVC currently holds an overall record of 6-9 and have been exceptional at home with a record of 5-3. Cedar Valley has won two of their last three outings but was defeated in their most recent contest against Collin Community College, 98-74. JF Thomas Jr. finished with a double-double with 23 points and 16 rebounds in the loss.
In their last meeting with Open Bible, the Suns defeated OBC, 95-78. Thomas was the leading scorer with 26 points.
