The CVC Men's Basketball Team earned their first Metro Athletic Conference win of the season defeating the No. 4 Eastfield Harvesters, 97-94. Trent Washington led the way for the Suns with 36 points and 10 rebounds.
Desmond Kennedy also had a big night for Cedar Valley scoring 22 points. Chantz Williams had a double-double with 14 points and 10 rebounds, while Amariye Blunson chipped in 12 points.
Keith Williams pulled down 10 rebounds and dished out 10 assists.
The Suns return home on Wednesday, when they host Richland College.
