Men's Basketball will Face McLennan Before Thanksgiving Break

The CVC Suns Basketball Team will only have one game this week before the Thanksgiving break on Tuesday when they travel to face on McLennan Highlanders. The Highlanders will be third straight NJCAA Division I Team that the Suns have faced.

Over the weekend, CVC had their six-game win streak snapped in the Kilgore Classic where they fell to both Tyler and Kilgore. Jalen Lyons and AJ West each had seven points against Tyler while reigning Dallas Athletic Conference Player of the Week, Larry Rusk Jr. had 27 points and nine assists in the close loss to Kilgore. 

The Highlanders are currently 8-2 with their most recent outing being an 80-74 loss to Western Texas.

In last season's clash with McLennan, the Suns were defeated 101-71.
