Men's Basketball Looking to Stay Undefeated at Home on Thursday vs. Jarvis Christian (JV)
The CVC Suns Basketball Team are looking to extended their flawless home court record this week when they take on the Jarvis Christian Bulldogs (JV) on Thursday night. The Suns boast a 4-0 record on their home floor.
Snapping a four-game slide, Cedar Valley defeated the Dallas Diesel in their last outing with Alphonso Hawkins leading the way with 26 points going 6-9 from the three-point line. Larry Rusk Jr. turned in his second triple-double of the season with 22 points, 10 rebounds, and 10 assists in the victory.
This will be the second meeting of the season between the Suns and the Bulldogs, with CVC winning the first clash, 100-87. Rusk had 21 points, 13 assists, and six steals in the win.
