The CVC Suns Basketball Team took a hit in the Dallas Athletic Conference standings after falling to the Mountain View Lions in a thriller, 92-89. William DeGraftenreed III and Larry Rusk Jr. led the Suns in scoring with 22 and 21 points, respectively, with Rusk also adding 10 assists and eight rebounds.
Alphonso Hawkins posted 17 points and Ronnie Horner tallied 13 points and eight rebounds.
This weekend, Cedar Valley continues DAC play when they visit Eastfield.
