The CVC Suns Soccer Team returned home on Wednesday night with a 3-0 victory over the Southwestern Adventist Knights. Riquelme Nativi scored two goals for the Suns in the win.
Cedar Valley scored in the 37th minute off a Nativi goal, assisted by Patrice Mbezele, in the first half followed by a goal from Julien Melinqui in the 66th minute of the second half assisted by Dylan Robles.
Nativi sealed the game with his second goal in the 70th minute assisted by Diego Villanueva and Christian Alvarez.
CVC will face Mountain View this Saturday to make up a game that was cancelled due to inclement weather.
