The CVC Suns Soccer Team will compete in their final Dallas Athletic Conference match of the season this Monday against the Richland Thunderducks. So far this year, the Suns have scored 19 goals.
Despite being 0-3 in DAC action, the Suns have went above and beyond in expectations of a returning program. CVC enters their match against RLC after dominating Oakwood University, 5-1. Yair Gonzalez, Dylan Robles, Julien Melinqui, and Diego Villanueva all scored for for the Suns with CVC also receiving an own goal from Oakwood.
Richland currently sits at the top of the DAC with a 3-0 record having defeated Mountain View, 12-0 in their last contest.
In the last meeting between Cedar Valley and Richland, the Suns were defeated, 5-0.
