The CVC Lady Suns Basketball Team let a close one slip away from them on Saturday afternoon after being edged 74-70 by the Bossier Parrish Lady Cavs. Ambreenique Williams was the leading scorer for CVC with 16 points and four rebounds.
Jaidyn Johnson turned in a 14 point effort in the loss.
The Lady Suns will hit the road on Tuesday before the Thanksgiving break to rematch the McLennan Highlassies.
