After letting their first meeting slip away this season, the CVC Lady Suns Basketball Team were driven not to let that happen again against the Paul Quinn Lady Tigers (JV)...and it didn't. The Lady Suns defeated the Lady Tigers in dominant fashion, 72-59. Jaryanna Ward had a big night off the bench for CVC with a double-double of 15 points and 13 rebounds.
Ambreenique Williams poured in 11 points, with De'Modesty Williams adding 10 points. Trysten Mosley had a team-high five assists.
The Lady Suns have now won back-to-back games.
Cedar Valley will return to Dallas Athletic Conference action on Wednesday night against the Richland Thunderducks.
