Women's Basketball Hosts Australia U20 in Midweek Contest
December is a month that is usually cold, but the CVC Lady Suns Basketball Team have gotten off to a hot start winning back-to-back games in the final month of the year. The Lady Suns look to extend their win streak on Thursday night against the Austalia Under-20 Team to begin a three-game homestand..
In their last outing, Cedar Valley avenged an early season loss dismantling the Paul Quinn Lady Tigers (JV), 72-59. Three Lady Suns scored in double-figures with Jaryanna Ward notching a double-double with 15 points and 13 rebounds. Ambreenique Williams and De'Modesty Williams had 11 and 10 points, respectively.
After the Australia U20, the Lady Suns will face LSU-Eunice and Mountain View to wrap up the month
