Lady Suns Volleyball inks Flores on NSD

On National Signing Day, CVC Head Volleyball Coach Isabel Almendarez announced the signing of Daisy Flores, a libero from Holy Cross of San Antonio (San Antonio, TX) who played for Head Coach Ruben Calderon.

Flores is a two time TAPPS Class 5A All-State selection as well as a three time 5-5A All-District Team honree. In her senior and junior seasons with the Knights, Flores competed on both state semi-finalist and state championship runner-up squads, respectively, she was also named to the TAPPS Class 5A All-State Tournament Team both years.

Along with being a TAPPS All-Academic athlete, Daisy graduates from Holy Cross in May 2017 and will join the Suns Volleyball Team for the 2017-2018 season.
