Lady Suns Volleyball Picks Up Commitment from Kelly

CVC Head Volleyball Coach Isabel Almendarez has announced the signing of Erin Kelly from Wentworth Military College in Lexington, Missouri.

Kelly was an NJCAA Region XVI Second Team selection while at Wentworth and earned All-District, All-Academic, and Team honors during her prep career at Sterling High School in Baytown, TX under Coach Nadine Horne.

At Wentworth, guided by Head Coach Shelby Woodward, Kelly made an impact at outside hitter, middle hitter, and defended the left back position for the Red Dragons averaging 1.43 kills per set, 2.67 digs per set, and a .122 hitting percentage in 33 matches. She finished the season with 350 digs, 187 kills, 60 blocks, 40 assists, and 36 service aces.
