The CVC Volleyball Team were bested in a five-set outing against Metro Athletic Conference foe, North Lake on Thursday night (19-25, 20-25, 25-18, 25-16, 10-15). Mallorie Brooks led Cedar Valley in kills and digs with 14 and 29, respectively.
Cali Odom also tuned in a double-digit kill performance with 13, while Miranda Solis had a game-high 36 assists.
Sarah Carrola and Brenda Duran had 24 and 22 digs, respectively, in the contest.
The Lady Suns will take a break from MAC-tion with a trip to Trinity Valley on Saturday afternoon.
