Volleyball Travels to NCTC for Midweek Match

The CVC Lady Suns Volleyball Team will travel to North Central Texas College on Wednesday night, before starting a five-game homestand later this week. CVC is currently in the midst of a four-match losing skid.

In the Lady Suns last outing, they were defeated in four sets by Vernon. Samantha Hernandez had a double-double with 31 assists and 14 digs, Mallorie Brooks had 22 digs, with Jasmine Davis tallying seven kills (.300 hitting percentage) and 11 digs in the loss.

NCTC has lost four of their last five matches, with their last showing being a straight-set loss against Tyler. 

CVC and NCTC split their meetings in 2017 with Brooks totaling 19 kills and 32 digs in the series.
