The CVC Lady Suns Volleyball Team moved to 2-1 in Dallas Athletic Conference play after defeating the Mountain View Lions in four sets (25-22,22-25,25-20,25-20). Jasmine Davis and Timeisha Jones each had 11 kills. Davis added 12 digs, 3.5 blocks, and a service ace for a double-double and Jones also had 1.5 blocks.
Samantha Hernandez posted her fourth straight double-double with 34 assists and 11 digs, while Mallorie Brooks had 19 digs, six kills, and three service aces.
The Lady Suns return to their home floor on Thursday night when they host Brookhaven.
