Volleyball Travels to North Lake on Thursday Night

The CVC Lady Suns Volleyball Team hopes to snap their recent slide as they travel to take on the North Lake Blazers on Thursday night. The Lady Suns and Blazers are both sitting at 3-3 in the Dallas Athletic Conference standings.

Cedar Valley is looking to bounce back after a recent loss to DAC leader, Eastfield. Mallorie Brooks and Amaya Saenz had team-highs of six kills and 13 digs, respectively. 

North Lake comes into the match-up having won their last two games with the most recent being a 3-1 victory over Mountain View. 

In the first meeting this season between CVC and NLC, the Lady Suns shutdown the Blazers in straight sets. Jasmine Davis had a double-double with 15 kills and 11 digs in the win.
