The CVC Lady Suns Volleyball Team were defeated in straight sets in both matches in a tri-match against the Panola Palominos (16-25,13-25,20-25) and Wharton County Pioneers (14-25,26-28,20-25).
Against Panola, Janessa Figueroa had seven kills, Samantha Hernandez dished out 11 assists, and Jasmine Davis dug out 12 balls.
Versus Wharton, Mallorie Brooks had a double-double of 12 kills and 21 digs, while Hernandez had a team-high 13 assists.
