Volleyball Advances to DAC Semi-Finals after Shutout over Richland
The CVC Volleyball Team has advanced to the Dallas Athletic Conference Semi-Finals for the second straight season after defeating the Richland Thunderducks in straight sets (25-16,25-16,25-19). Jasmine Davis and Mallorie Brooks each had double-doubles with 14 kills and 13 digs and 10 kills and 15 digs, respectively. Davis also added two blocks.
Samantha Hernandez had a team-high 16 assists to go along with seven digs and three service aces, while Amaya Saenz posted a team-high 17 digs.
Next up for the Lady Suns, they will face Bookhaven on Friday night.
