Lady Suns Bring the Heat Back in December

LANCASTER, TX- If you want a break from finals and feel like you need to get away for a while, the Cedar Valley Lady Suns basketball team will be playing against Collin College's Lady Cougers in Plano this evening.

            Just yesterday, they Lady Suns kicked off their December schedule by beating Richland College's Lady Thuderducks 70-41. Indeed, finals may be here but that's not stopping them from playing two days back to back.

This is the Lady Suns' tenth game of the season and with just three games remaining this semester, they will go on a holiday hiatus next week. Then, the season will resume in mid-January at the start of the Spring semester.

So, if you haven't been to one of the games yet there's still time. You can catch the Lady Suns at the Collin College gym at 5:30 PM tonight.
