The CVC Baseball Team continues Metro Athletic Conference play this week, when they face the North Lake Blazers in a three-game series, starting Wednesday, with Cedar Valley hosting game one. First pitch is set for 2:00 p.m.
The Suns are coming off their first MAC series win, defeating Eastfield College, 2-1. Alex Garcia hit for .750 from the plate during the series, tallying six hits, three runs, seven RBIs and one home run.
The Blazers come into the series with a 3-3 MAC record. Their last outing was a three-game sweep at the hands of Brookhaven College.
