The CVC Suns Baseball Team returns from Spring Break this week and continues Dallas Athletic Conference action in a three-game set against the Eastfield Harvesters. The Suns will host all three games at CVC.
Cedar Valley is currently 4-5 in DAC competition after being swept by North Lake in their three-game set. In game one, Chandler Boyd went 2-for-3 at the plate and registered a run. CVC holds an overall record of 12-8 and is in third place of the conference behind North Lake and Brookhaven.
Eastfield is 3-6 in league play and is fourth in the standings. In their last conference effort, the Harvesters won two out of three games in a series against Mountain View.
CVC went 1-5 versus the Harvesters in 2018.
