Southwest Collegiate Prep
The CVC Suns Baseball Team delivered their second doubleheader sweep against Southwest Collegiate Prep on Tuesday with a 5-2 victory in game one and a decisive 17-3 win in game two.
Dakota More tossed six strikeouts and earned the win for the Suns in the first outing, with Camron Hoff notching the save. Ryan Ratliff hit a home run and posted two RBIs, while Chandler Boyd went 2-for-three at the plate and added two runs and an RBI.
Game two saw the Suns record a season-high 17 runs. Jose Castillo, Jamison Totten, and Billy Rogers each crossed home plate three times. Isaia Diermier and Ryan Ratliff both had five RBIs and Ratliff added another home run in the series. Charles Bass earned the win from the mound.
