Suns Set Blazers Ablaze!

Suns Set Blazers Ablaze!

After a much needed break, the Suns returned this past weekend back to their normal sunny selves. Indeed, they lost solar power there at the end of last week's heavy ballgame schedule, costing them a series game against the Eastfield Harvester Bees but all they really needed was a little break. As would any team playing ball as hard as the Suns would! After setting three days in a row, the Suns arose to host the Northlake Blazers to a three series home game.

The Suns immersed entirely energized, leading a victory the entire three-day game! Although, it may have been a perfect sunny 70 degree afternoon, things were heated out on the Cedar Valley College ballfield last Thursday, as the Suns smoked the Blazers 19-2. The scene was even hotter the next day, when the Blazers showed up fuming from their previous loss. It was a close one, but the Suns burned right through those Blazers, 7-5. On Saturday, the Blazers showed for the third series game lit and brought on another challenging game but the Suns set the Blazers ablaze, winning 19-13.
