Smith Finishes Third in Madden Tier 3 Nationals

LANCASTER, Texas – Dallas College Cedar Valley's Breanna Smith, "Kidxbree" finished third in the National Junior College Athletic Association eSports Fall Madden 24 Tier 3 national tournament.

Smith beat Seward County Saints' "Dwayne544," 3-1 in the quarterfinal series. The first-year Suns gamer lost to Lorain County Community College's top-seeded "Dmorta," 3-0 in the semifinals.

Smith, who was seeded fourth, took third place after picking up a forfeit win over Marshalltown Community College's second-seeded "KingDahm17" in the consolation finals.

Smith was the second Cedar Valley Madden gamer to reach the semifinals in their respective tier during the fall playoffs.
