Game Preview: Suns at Brookhaven

The CVC Men's Basketball Team will start Metro Athletic play this Saturday, January 14 at 2:00 p.m., when they travel to face the Brookhaven Bears. The Suns are currently 10-7 entering conference play, having won their last four outings.

CVC is led by the duo of JF Thomas and Desmond Kennedy, who are first (19.9) and second (18.8), respectively, in the MAC in points per game. Thomas also leads the MAC in rebounds with 12.2 per game.

Other Suns ranking in the top five of MAC statistical categories include Levin Johnson (50.6 3pt %-2nd), Amariye Blunson (49.2 3pt%-3rd) and Dalyn Mumphrey (8.2 rpg-3rd).

The Bears currently have a record of 13-6, with a 7-2 mark on their home floor. BC fell in their last game to Collin College, 112-80.

Last season's series between the two squads, resulted in a sweep by Brookhaven.
