The CVC Suns Basketball Team won their second straight game to open the season defeating On Point Academy, 85-73 on Saturday. The Suns were led by another strong outing from Larry Rusk Jr., who logged 32 points, eight assists, and six steals.
Sidney Hadden added nine points in the victory, while Lacorian Foster and Julian Lewis Jr. each had eight points.
Cedar Valley will return home on Tuesday for their season home opener against Franklin Prep Academy.
