The CVC Suns Basketball Team earned their third straight win of the season defeating Tribulation Prep., 95-79. Larry Rusk Jr. was the leading scorer for the Suns posting a stat line of 32 points, eight steals, and seven assists.
Alphonso Hawkins and Joseph Mason each scored 16 points in the victory.
"Although these guys led in points, this was a total team effort," said Head Coach Cedric Jones. This is the first time CVC has started the season 3-0 under Coach Jones.
Cedar Valley returns to action on Monday when they host CYM Academy.
