Cedar Valley Women Return to Hardwood Monday
CEDAR VALLEY WOMEN's BASKETBALL SCHEDULE
LANCASTER, Texas – Dallas College Cedar Valley women's basketball team will resume play in the 2024-25 season when the Suns travel to Marshall, Texas Monday for the first of two road games following the holiday break.
The Suns (3-8) play at East Texas Baptist University Junior Varsity 7:30 p.m. Monday. Two days later, Cedar Valley is scheduled to play at Southwestern Adventist University 4 p.m. Wednesday as part of a doubleheader with the men's team.
Cedar Valley's first Dallas Athletic Conference game is set for Jan. 16 at home against Dallas College Mountain View.
Kamryn Williams is averaging 14.7 points per game, while shooting 48.3 percent from the floor, and pulling in 8.7 rebounds. Cyncere McDonald is scoring 11.7 points and coming up with 1.4 steals. Vivian Nwabufo averages 9.3 points, 4.2 rebounds and 1.3 steals.
The Suns, which held the No. 5 national ranking in the National Junior College Athletic Association poll prior to the holidays, are scoring 59.5 points per game.
