The CVC Lady Suns Soccer Team will begin the weekend hosting the North Lake Blazers on Friday afternoon. Both teams will be looking for their first Dallas Athletic Conference victory.
CVC is coming off a tough loss to conference leader Brookhaven, 11-0. Joseline Pita stood out with her play in the loss.
North Lake has lost their last four matches with the most recent being a 1-0 defeat at the hands of Mountain View.
The Lady Suns were swept in last season's series against NLC.
