Women's Soccer Halted in Double OT Loss to North Lake

In the first round of the Dallas Athletic Conference Tournament, the CVC Lady Suns Soccer Team played amazingly in their 1-0 double overtime loss to the North Lake Blazers.

After ending the first 90 minutes and one overtime period scoreless, the Lady Suns were unable to capitalize and allowed a goal in the 107th minute of the second overtime in the hard fought match. Senior Head Coach Nasko Arsov was proud of his squad.

" I enjoyed coaching these young ladies this season, especially in their last conference game full of physicality and great connection between the lines in every phase of the game," says Coach Arsov. "For a little over two months together, our team developed tremendously. Every second game versus our opponents in the conference was better then the first one and we closed the gap between our #6 and #3 in our Region 5."

The Lady Suns finish their 2018 campaign with an overall record of 2-12 (0-9 Dallas Athletic Conference).
