Women's Soccer Announces Schedule
LANCASTER, Texas – Dallas College Cedar Valley women's soccer team will open the season Aug. 19 at Trinity Valley Community College.
The Suns, who are coming off their first postseason win in 13 years last season, will play a 16-game regular season schedule, with eight home games.
Cedar Valley opens the season with three straight road games before hosting Garden City Community College Sept. 2. That will begin a four-game homestand for the Suns.
Cedar Valley will begin Dallas Athletic Conference play Sept. 15 at home against Dallas College Richland. The Suns wrap up the first round of league play at defending National Junior College Athletic Association Division III champion Dallas College Brookhaven Sept. 29.
The second round of DAC action begins Oct. 3 at Richland. Cedar Valley hosts Dallas College North Lake Oct. 6, Dallas College Eastfield Oct. 10 and Brookhaven Oct. 17 to wrap up the regular season.
