The CVC Lady Suns Volleyball Team opens October against the Richland Thunderducks on Monday, October 2 at 7:00 pm.
The Lady Suns are currently 2-1 in Metro Athletic Conference action and are in third place in the standings. So far this season, CVC has conference victories over Brookhaven and Mountain View.
Richland is currently winless in MAC play and have dropped their last four outings, with their most recent match being a 3-0 loss to Eastfield College.
This will be the first of three straight MAC road games for Cedar Valley.
