Volleyball Snags No. 3 Seed in DAC Tourney, Will Face Richland in First Round

This week, the CVC Lady Suns Volleyball Team will take the next step on their journey to the NJCAA National Tournament by competing in the Dallas Athletic Conference Tournament. CVC completed conference play with a record of 6-4 and will be the third seed in the tournament.

Last season, the Lady Suns made history by advancing to the semi-final round of the conference tournament, a feat that had not been done in over a decade, before falling to eventual NJCAA National Champion, Eastfield.

Cedar Valley will open tournament play against the No. 6 Richland Thunderducks on Wednesday night. CVC won both meetings against RLC this season allowing only one set.
