Suns Volleyball Represented by Trio on All-DAC Teams

DALLAS – Dallas College Cedar Valley volleyball player Haven Hernandez was awarded with a Second Team All-Dallas Athletic Conference honor.

Suns teammates Mia Smith and Allison Pittman were Honorable Mention All-DAC selections.

Hernandez, a freshman middle blocker from Baytown, Texas, led the DAC with 90 blocks in the regular season. She had 61 kills, hit .241, and finished the year with 20 solo blocks and 93 total blocks. She averaged 1.82 blocks per set.

Smith, a sophomore outside hitter/middle blocker from Houston, had 39 blocks and 38 kills. Pittman, a sophomore outside hitter/middle blocker from Caddo Mills, Texas, finished with 30 kills and 25 blocks.
