The CVC Men's Basketball Team recovered from back-to-back losses after defeating the Brookhaven Bears, 81-76. The Bears late rally was extinguished, after a three point dagger from Amariye Blunson with 3.1 seconds left to put the Suns up 79-76 in the second half.
Desmond Kennedy registered a game high 19 points, while Joshua Johnson and Eric Stewart both tallied 13 points. JF Thomas also had a game high in rebounds with 17.
CVC continues Metro Athletic Conference play this Wednesday, when they face Mountain View College.
