The CVC Men's Basketball Team will advance to the Metro Athletic Conference Tournament semi-finals after ousting the Mountain View Lions, 93-90. JF Thomas and Desmond Kennedy both had 22 points, with Thomas adding a 25 rebound performance.
Joshua Johnson and Eric Stewart each had 13 points, while Stewart also dished out 10 assists to complete a double-double. Amariye Blunson also scored in double figures with 10 points.
CVC will face the North Lake Blazers on Thursday night, on the campus of Richland College in the semi-final round.
