Women’s Basketball Back in Action this Monday vs. ETBU (JV)
The CVC Lady Suns Basketball Team will begin the week with a rematch against the East Texas Baptist (JV) Lady Tigers on Monday. Cedar Valley is currently riding high on a four-game win streak.
Jaidyn Johnson has been on a scoring tear for the Lady Suns having scored at least 19 points in CVC's last six games including a 23 point showing against Mountain View last week. Ambreenique Williams posted a double-double with 17 points and 11 rebounds in the win over MVC.
In their last meeting with ETBU (JV), CVC held off the Lady Tigers, 52-49. Johnson had a team-high 20 points in the victory.
This will be the second of three meetings between the Lady Suns and Lady Tigers this season.
