The CVC Baseball Team will host the Houston Community College Eagles in a doubleheader this Saturday.
The Suns head into the game versus HCC after dropping their season home opener to Cisco College. In the doubleheader, the Suns were defeated 19-0 in game one and 17-5 in game two.
Nolyn Box hit a home run in the series, while Nick Balley went 3-6 from the plate. Box and Hugo Garcia-Gaytan also accounted for two RBIs each.
