Baseball Defeated by North Lake in Game One of DAC Series
The CVC Suns Baseball Team was defeated by the North Lake Blazers, 6-2 in game one of their Dallas Athletic Conference. CVC opened up scoring late in the eighth inning before being shutout in the ninth extinguishing a comeback.
Chandler Boyd went 2-for-3 at the plate and registered a run, with DAC Position Position Player of the Week, Billy Rogers adding a run as well. Jose Castillo had a team-high two RBIs.
Cedar Valley continues its series against NLC on Friday.
