The CVC Suns Baseball Team have enjoyed a successful streak as of late having won four of their last five games and hope to ride that momentum into this week when they take on the Brookhaven Bears, in their upcoming Dallas Athletic Conference series.
CVC recently wrapped up their third Dallas Athletic Conference series victory after taking two out of three games versus Eastfield, last week. Billy Rogers posted seven RBIs and three runs during the three-game set.
Brookhaven has lost their last four outings including a sweep at the hands of North Lake and is in fourth place in the conference standings.
Last season, the Suns fell in both series to the Bears.
