With two Dallas Athletic Conference series left in the regular season, the CVC Baseball Team will get ready to face the Eastfield Harvesters in their next DAC three-game set. The Suns are currently in third place of the conference standings.
After dropping three of their last conference games, CVC bounced back after defeating No. 9 North Lake in their last outing, 7-6 over the Easter weekend. Seven different Suns crossed home plate with Jose Castillo and Billy Rogers each registering two RBIs. Jesus Fraga earned the win from the mound tossing two strikeouts.
Eastfield enters the series against Cedar Valley with a conference record of 11-13 and defeated Mountain View 2-1 in their last DAC series.
Earlier this season, the Suns defeated the Harvesters two games to one in their three-game set.
